Cookie Policy

Draft — not yet in force. This document is missing the operator’s registered details (legalName, address, registrationNumber, jurisdiction, supervisoryAuthority). Fill them in apps/web/app/(legal)/legal-config.ts and have the text reviewed by a qualified lawyer for your jurisdiction before relying on it or accepting payments.
This page lists everything audiotoggle stores in your browser. There are only two categories: what the service cannot work without, and analytics — which stays off until you say yes.
1. Strictly necessary
These are set only once you log in, and are required to keep you logged in securely. They cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in, so they do not require consent.

2. Analytics — only with your consent
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages and features people use. It runs with Google Consent Mode and every consent signal defaults to denied, so no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected unless you press Accept.

3. Local storage (not cookies)
These stay on your device, are never sent to us, and only remember your own preferences.

4. Changing your mind
You can change your analytics choice at any time — it takes effect immediately, and declining stops further analytics collection.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop you being able to log in.
